You consciously, responsibly and effectively shape human connections — beyond mere communication techniques. Key capability areas include communication competence, cooperation, empathy, listening, conflict capability, and diversity & intercultural competence.
In uncertain, complex situations you make effective decisions, take action and consciously shape change instead of merely reacting or managing. Key capability areas include decision-making competence, innovation competence, design thinking, initiative and implementation strength, creativity and intuition, and adaptability.
You recognise complex interrelationships, take responsibility for your own influence within systems, and consciously shape the future. Key capability areas include system competence, future and design competence, sense-making, ethical competence, digital competence, and ambiguity competence.
