Certified 12-week systemic training programthat conveys solid methodological, systemic, and personal competencies to professionally support individuals, teams, and organizations in transformation processes – based on The Shift Practice® and the Deep Human Future Skills.

- Conveying systemic foundations and methodological competencies for transformation work
- Personal practice and self-experience as a central component of the learning process
- Regular application and practice of the method within your own professional context

Module 1 – Introduction & Micro-Learning
- You are familiar with the training program and know what to expect over the 12 weeks
- You have an overview of the Deep Human Future Skills (DHFS)
- You understand the principle of micro-learning with The Shift Practice® and can apply it yourself

Module 2 – Conscious Self-Leadership

- You have selected your second focus topic from the area of conscious self-leadership for your personal micro-learning
- You have found your rhythm
Module 3 – Advanced Self-Leadership
- You have deepened your knowledge of the Deep Human capabilities related to conscious self-leadership and systemic practice
- You are able to reflect on micro-learning outcomes together with others
- You have selected your third focus topic for your personal micro-learning
- You have found your rhythm
Module 4 – Relationships & Impact
